Technical data: Organic viticulture. Hand harvested grapes. Whole bunch pressing. After, one batch was fermented in a 10hl steel tank, other one in Hungarian oak barrels.After blended togeterher and matured in Hungarian oak barrels for 2.5 years and futher 1.5 years in the bottle.
