Soils: brown forest soil, loess, andesite, rhyolite tuff, humus-rich Pleistocene and Holocene sand

Technical data: 45 years old vines. Organic viticulture. Low yield raising, 0.5kg per vine. Hand harvested. Manual pressing and natural sedimentation. Spontaneous fermentation on skins for 1 months and matured unfined in old Hungarian oak barrels for 2 years.  No added sulphites. Unfined, unfiltered. 12 months bottle aging.
