Technical data: Organic viticulture. Hand-harvested. Whole cluster pressing. Spontenous fermentation. Matured in 225 Hungarian oak barrels on fine lees for 12 months. Both wines with the same methode, and blended aftet maturation for 5 months bottle aging.
