If you’re after something a little out of the ordinary, Don’t Tell Mama might be your pick. Made from Olaszrizling and the rare Kéknyelű grape (only a handful of hectares grow this one in Hungary), it’s a striking golden orange wine with a unique twist.
You’ll first catch a smoky aroma, followed by flavors of orange and citrus peel. It’s got a smooth, almost oily texture with a subtle hint of cognac. There’s also a touch of rosemary and tarragon in there, balanced by a refreshing finish that comes from its volcanic minerality.

PAP Wines
PAP Wines is an artisan winery founded by Áron Molnár and Karina Vissonova, driven by their passion for wine and a deep connection to nature. They produce a small selection of high-quality, low-intervention wines from their 3.8ha vineyards using biodynamic methods. Their vineyards on Mount St. George offer unique terroir characteristics. PAP’s wines are made with minimal intervention, contain very low to no sulfites or additives, and are matured in oak barrels on lees, remaining unfiltered at bottling. They exhibit subtle volcanic mineral and salinity notes, a signature of wines from Szent György-hegy.
