Meet Jumis, our volcanic orange wine made from the beloved Hárslevelű grape. It starts with a burst of white flowers and citrus, with a touch of honeyed sweetness. The basalt minerality gives it a distinctive edge.

On the palate, it’s smooth with hints of elderberry, exotic spices, and sandalwood. The finish has a subtle almond note. A unique and intriguing choice for wine lovers! 🍷

PAP Wines

PAP Wines is an artisan winery founded by Áron Molnár and Karina Vissonova, driven by their passion for wine and a deep connection to nature. They produce a small selection of high-quality, low-intervention wines from their 3.8ha vineyards using biodynamic methods. Their vineyards on Mount St. George offer unique terroir characteristics. PAP’s wines are made with minimal intervention, contain very low to no sulfites or additives, and are matured in oak barrels on lees, remaining unfiltered at bottling. They exhibit subtle volcanic mineral and salinity notes, a signature of wines from Szent György-hegy.
