Introducing Rabbit’s Foot, a unique and playful blend that’s as intriguing as its name. This 2021 vintage brings together 70% Zweigelt and Cabernet Franc, aged for 12 months in barrique barrels, with 30% Pinot Gris from 2022, matured in Tokaji Gönci barrels (traditionally used for Szamorodni) for 4 months.

Expect a juicy red wine that immediately charms with vibrant red berries and a solid Zweigelt backbone. The palate bursts with ripe cherries, finishing with just a hint of spice—a lovely nod to the Szamorodni barrels.

This is an easy-drinker with a bit of flair, perfect for when you want something smooth, yet a little different!

PAP Wines

PAP Wines is an artisan winery founded by Áron Molnár and Karina Vissonova, driven by their passion for wine and a deep connection to nature. They produce a small selection of high-quality, low-intervention wines from their 3.8ha vineyards using biodynamic methods. Their vineyards on Mount St. George offer unique terroir characteristics. PAP’s wines are made with minimal intervention, contain very low to no sulfites or additives, and are matured in oak barrels on lees, remaining unfiltered at bottling. They exhibit subtle volcanic mineral and salinity notes, a signature of wines from Szent György-hegy.
