This Juhfark is a beautifully expressive, salt-driven wine with a distinct varietal character. Aromas of citrus, grapefruit, and fresh herbal notes like mint are complemented by a mineral-driven palate with a salty, rocky edge and refreshing acidity. A subtle touch of toasted hazelnut and almond lingers in the finish, thanks to the medium-toast oak barrels used for aging. A perfect balance of freshness and complexity, this wine is a true reflection of its volcanic terroir.
