Jónás is a lively blend of Hárslevelű, Cserszegi Fűszeres, Olaszrizling, and Riesling ⚡️. Floral aromas and juicy orchard fruit meet a touch of salty, briny minerality and crisp acidity, making every sip bright, fun, and full of personality. Light, layered, and absolutely delicious! 🌸

Tech Facts: Biodynamic viticulture. Hand harvested.  Grapes hand-harvested. Whole bunch pressed. 60% was fermented and aged in wooden 500 l. 20% was fermented in ceramic amphorae, and another 20% fermented in steel tanks. Before bottling wines were blended. Unfiltered, unfined and bottled with lees. No added sulphites.
