Tech Facts: Biodynamic viticulture.  Hand-harvested grapes from restored old vines. The whole bunches were fermented in a closed tank using carbonic maceration. After pressing, the wine was transferred into used 225-liter barrels, where it matured for 8 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and no added sulphur.
