Tech Facts: Biodynamic viticulture. Hand-harvested. Mash fermented spontaneously. Malolactic fermentation took place as well. Matured in used Hungarian and French barrique barrels for 22 months. 25 mg/ L added sulphites. Unfined and unfiltered.
