This juicy volcanic Pet-Nat is made exclusively from Juhfark and Hárslevelű, native Hungarian grape varities grown on Somló's volcanic slopes. The 2023 vintage opens with bright notes of pear and apple, leading to a smooth, textured palate thanks to extended lees contact. The finish is lifted by subtle spiced sweetness and a touch of clove, highlightening the energy and tension of volcanic terroir.
